I really liked the location. It's very close to the cathedral and shops. The staff are very helpful. They gave us a ground floor room because of our dog pushchair. Breakfast was delicious, and it had a great choice.

The reception on the television had a slight problem with BBC1.

Breakfast offered a good selection and a dedicated area was provided eating with dogs. The food was excellent, the sausage for the dog was an especially appreciated touch, and the evening meal provided good food.

I thought the hotel was full of character and had both a bar and a restaurant attached. A ground floor room was given, a very considerate gesture. Staff stored luggage prior to check-in .

The location is right in the heart of the city. It is located opposite the cathedral and next to city shops. I found it very easy to walk to numerous pubs and restaurants from here.

Staff remembered my earlier years visit. Laila, Chris and Dylan gave friendly service. I really think the staff are very attentive and helpful. They were careful to ensure my stay would be comfortable.

the breakfast was very good.

the bathroom was not great ,i thought it was very dirty. the toilet pan had a lot of stains and the taps were rusty around the bottom. also , the room was very cold.
